Postcards from Burundi

Last week, I wrote about a shocking insight. Writing this down felt like a weight falling off my shoulders, as in: you no longer HAVE to pick up your camera or BE the photographer. That simple fact made me dive back into my Lightroom catalog to sort out some older work and to start a project that has been in the back of my mind for long, working on a set of postcards from around the world, all sepia conversions. I’ll be adding some as I go along. For now, I leave you with two postcards from Burundi.

Street boys, Burundi (2005)

Crocodile portrait, Bujumbura living museum, Burundi (2006)

More to follow and needless to say your thoughts are more than welcome.
